Unit 2 What time is it? 第一课时教学设计

教学目标：

知识目标：

1.能够听懂、会说与学习生活相关的单词：breakfast, lunch, dinner, music class, P.E.class, English class.

2.能够听懂会说日常交际用语，并能熟练回答： What time is it? It’s …o’clock. It’s time for…

技能目标：学会表达时间的句子, 能在现实生活中运用。

情感目标：

1.激发学生的英语学习兴趣,培养良好的英语学习习惯。

2.培养时间观念，养成守时、珍惜时间的好习惯。

教学重点：

1、学会问答时间： What time is it？  It is……；   It is time for……

2引导学生把所学知识运用到实际生活中，培养学生交际能力以及综合语言运用能力。

教学难点 ：

1. breakfast和o’clock 的发音

2.运用所学词汇及句型It’s …o’clock. It’s time for…

教学准备 ：

1.教师准备与本课时相关图片及课件。

2.教师给学生准备作为奖励的各种表图片。

教学设计：

　Step 1:warm-up师生用英语问候

  T:  Hello，boys and girls，I’m glad to meet you today. I come from Dunguan primary school,my name is wang guorong ,and you can call me Miss Wang .i want to know more about you. How are you today？ 

 Ss:  I’m fine。 Thank  you.

  T: Shall we sing a song together? (教师播放三年级上册学过的Ten Little Indian boy)

  Ss: Wonderful / OK.

（设计意图：通过歌曲让学生进入学习英语的良好状态，同时对数字进行了复习，为新授知识“时间的表达”作了铺垫。）

Step2:Presentation

1.Lead-in

(1). Counting the numbers. from 1 to 90。

(2)教师在黑板的相应位置写上1-12这12个数字，引导学生用英说出来,教师画上一个大大的O圈住这12个数字，在黑板上形成一个大钟。然后指着问：T：What’s this? 引出单词clock，在黑板上写出clock，再添一个o’表示整点随即引出：1o’clock. 2o’clock, 3o’clock,4 o’clock ,5o’clock ,6o’clock 7o’clock……

(播放flash clock，师生唱o’clock song)

T：clock can tell us time. 引出单词time

（设计意图：以这种形式复习数字，通过旧知识的滚动引出新知，自然巧妙的呈现出与本课内容相关的钟。刚好用了开课时学生唱的《Ten Little Indian boy》，的曲调）

(3)Gusee what’s this? 拿出谁备的大钟， It’s a big clock, Look at the clock ，What time is it?

S1: It’s 10:00.

T: It’s time for ….

Ss: It’s time for English class.

T: Yes, It’s time for English class. Are you ready?

Ss: (启发学生回答)Yes, I’m ready. （板书：What time is it

(设计意图:运用上英语课这个真实的情景在轻松自然中渗透了本节课的三个句子,真实体现一个学习的过程,也为下面的教学作铺)

(4) 让学生跟读模仿What time is it？It’s …o’clock.

(5)It’s time for ……(教学单词环节)（板书：It’s time for …）

（I）What time is it ?

It’s ……o’clock

It’s time for English class(show English card to the student and stick it on the board  )

(II)what’s your favourite class?(找一学生问)

My favourite class is music class 

My favourite class is  P.E.class, (show music class、P.E.class to the student and stick them on the board )

（III）T:when you have breadfask/lunch/dinner every day? （用中文问）

S：It’s 7 /8/9 o’clock.  

T： maybe you have your breakfast at 7/8/ o’clock.

It’s time for breakfast.(贴画和单词卡，呈现单词breakfast/lunch/dinner，同时翻译句子；是……时间，学生反复练读breakfast.通过师生问答，男女生问答，操练句型的同时也巩固新词语)

 (设计意图：通过学生感兴趣的话题，以What time is it？引出新学单词,始终将时间与breakfast ,lunch,  dinner ,music class,  P.E.class English class等单词融合在一起,这样既通过旧知引出了新知, 让学生在情境中学英语)

3、flash动画：（conversation and follow me）

4、动一动《if you’re happy and know it 》《is that one o’clock？》（if you can sing《if you’re happy and know it 》song, you’ll sing《is that one o’clock？》song）全班同学站起来，扭一扭，）

（设计意图：学会用旧的乐曲翻唱新歌，巩固新学句子，节奏欢快，活跃课堂气氛。学生兴趣浓厚，教学效果好。）

5、Talk about my timetable, It’s……   It’s time for…（PPT）

（设计意图：复习单词及句式的用法，拓展本节课时间的表达如8：10，9：30……为下节内容做了的铺垫。同时让学生学会应用时间）

6、教师和学生一起总结本课时的教学重点， 送给学生两条关于时间的谚语Time is gold, money can’t buy time一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴. study hard ,progress every day好好学习，天天向上。（PPT）

（设计意图：引导学生总结本课时的教学重点，老师的小节，加深了学生对所学知识的印象,英语谚语渗透了珍惜时间,合理安排的教育。）

Step5、consolidation

：（1）What did you learn this class?

T:what time is it now?（看钟）oh,it’s……，it’s time to stolp our class,ok?good bye boys and girls.
